Electrostatic film is made with a kind of electrostatic fluid, co-extruded on the surface of original PE film, to play a role of adhesion. People also name it as self-absorptive film, self-adhered tape, non-glue film or non-gel film. Electrostatic protection film uses the electrostatic adsorption force as the self-adhesive force, no glue, small adhesion force variation, easy to peel off.
Specification parameters
Thickness: The thickness is normally 30-50 microns, can be customized made within the range of 30-80 microns.
Colour: Commonly made with high transparency, can be another single colour as requested.
Width: The width is normally 1000-1300mm, can be cut into narrow widths like 100/200/500mm.
Length: 200/400/500/1000/2000 meter per roll.
Adhesion: 0.5-300g/25mm
Elongation: >200%
Temperature resistance: Ok with temperature below 70-degree Celsius, if you need the film resist high temperature over 70 DC, please check with other film series.
Material use: It is made with 100% purity new LDPE material as the substrate.

Can be used for LCD display, backlight panel, cold light panel, light guide panel, film switch and mobile phone screen protection.
Instructions for use
The surfaces to be protected should be dry, free from dust, oil, solvents, or other chemicals in case of any residue is caused by the chemical reaction with our film adhesive.
The best results are obtained with temperature of surface and surroundings at +15°C to 40°C.
Use laminating machines with rubber coated press rollers.
Try to eliminate or minimize film elongation, and the formation of air bubbles and folds during lamination.
Removing the film is advisable to perform in the temperature range 5°C to 40°C (Not below 5°C).
The film is not suitable for extreme thermoforming.
