HOW TO USE ELECTRONIC PROTECTIVE FILM FOR PMMA SHEET?

1. Surfaces that are to be covered need to be dry, loose from dust, oil, solvents, or other chemical substances in case of any residue is resulting from the chemical reaction with our film adhesive. 

   
   

2. Exceptional outcomes are acquired with temperature of surface and environment at +15°C to 40°C. 

   
   

3. Use laminating machines with rubber covered press rollers. 

   
   

4. Try to put off or reduce film elongation, and the formation of air bubbles and folds throughout lamination. 

   
   

5. Removing the film is recommended to carry out in the temperature range 5°C to 40°C (Not underneath 5°C). 

   
   

6. We do not recommend using the film for excessive thermoforming.
