Hualibao PET film is made with the polyester plastic, coated with solvent acrylic or silicone glue on one side. Hualibao is specialized in making the solvent acrylic and silicone adhesive for the polyester film both in single layer and double layers. It can stand high temperature up to 200-degree C.

HOW TO USE THE TEMPORARY PROTECTION FILM?

Using the temporary protection film such as the protection film for stainless steel, stone surface protection film, and temporary glass protection film is easy and needs precision to avoid air bubbles and other folding. Here is a simple way to use the film:

1. Make certain the protected surface is dry, loose from any dust, oil, solvents, or other chemical compounds in case of any residue is resulting from our acid adhesive.

2. Use of laminating machines to apply the temporary protection film is a better choice and we recommend it. Try to cast off or decrease film elongation and the formation of air bubbles and folds in the course of lamination.

3. The high-quality consequences are acquired at temperatures ranging between 15°C to 40°C.

4. The PET adhesive film is not always recommended for severe thermoforming.
